Seorang lagi penumpang, Juliana Jering, 48, yang telah berada di bandar raya ini sejak beberapa hari lepas bagi menemani suaminya menjalani rawatan di Hospital Umum Sarawak, berkata beliau berasa terkilan dengan keputusan berkenaan memandangkan ketika itu mereka hanya menunggu untuk berlepas ke Bintulu di utara negeri ini.
