Judging from the comments, it seems majority of the feedback is coming from people whom never worked a day behind the counter of a fast food joint. Til you experienced what it takes to deal with the public, everyone will seem to be the villain on the opposite side of the counter.

How many of the people commenting here ever considered that at least part of the reason could be if these restaurants are short-staffed? There IS a breaking point before a tiny handful of people, ANY people, in ANY job, become overwhelmed.

Bruh, try working at mcd’s during the initial beanie baby craze… adult happy meals don’t even come close to literally lines around the block from 5am - 11pm and having to empty the trash every 5 minutes because of people literally throwing whole happy meals away for the toy.

My local McDonalds has had people scamming saying there’s no toy in the box but they did put it in there apparently. They asked me to confirm the toys were in there before I left. 🤷🏻♂️
