The former Santubong PKR Youth chief was arrested at a cafe in Kelana Jaya along with a man believed to be his bodyguard and another individual who is a lawyer.Besides Haziq, who is from Sarawak, two of those remanded were from Selangor while another two were from Penang and Kedah respectively.Bukit Aman CID director Comm Datuk Huzir Mohamed said the men were detained on Sunday night in multiple locations in the Klang Valley.

A series of clips from the video were distributed and uploaded via social media to media personnel and party members in June. On June 14, Haziq, who was waiting for a flight to Manila, was arrested by the police at the airport. He was released on bail a day later.
