PETALING JAYA: Veteran DAP, Lim Kit Siang berkata tindakan mahkamah menjatuhi hukuman 10 tahun penjara terhadap seorang pengguna media sosial yang didakwa menghina Islam dan Nabi Muhammad sebagai berlebihan.
Jumaat lalu, pemilik akaun Facebook “Ayea Yea” dijatuhi hukuman penjara 10 tahun 10 bulan atas 10 pertuduhan memuat naik komen berbentuk penghinaan terhadap agama Islam dan Nabi Muhammad. Selain “Ayea Yea”, polis turut memfailkan pertuduhan terhadap 3 lagi pemilik akaun media sosial atas kesalahan yang sama.
Ada kursus Judiciary?
