Federal Opposition Leader Anthony Albanese and Labor state MP Janelle Saffin have been heckled by angry residents during a visit to fire-affected parts of northern New South Wales.Mr Albanese told the heated press conference he did not want to politicise the unfolding bushfire emergencyShe demanded more funding for firefighters, and said Ms Saffin was"playing with fire"

The Labor leader promised local fire crews in Nimbin that he would lobby parliament to provide all possible assistance to impacted communities."This isn't a party political point here, this is people trying to do their best," he said.That prompted a fiery response from Nimbin resident Ginger O'Brien, who yelled"shame on you" as Mr Albanese walked away."Your house is not burning. My house is burning down," Ms O'Brien said.

She does know who is in Govt I suppose or is there something else in that smoke besides bush.
