Journalist Mitchell Van Homrigh undertook an unusual assignment for The Daily Telegraph on Tuesday when he was instructed to take part in a climate protest “sting”.

Wearing a rented costume, Mr Van Homrigh infiltrated the “Bee-Mergency” Extinction Rebellion protest in Sydney, which saw demonstrators demand urgent climate action while dressed as bees and bee-keepers.
