WA won't rule out border staying in place beyond March election

West Australian Premier Mark McGowan has signalled the state's hard border could be in place until March next year, as he responds to fresh legal action from mining magnate Clive Palmer, claiming the litigation is a "nuclear attack" on the state.It comes amid mounting litigation by mining magnate Clive PalmerMr McGowan once again said the WA border would remain until health advice said otherwise, but he expected it would be in place for months to come.

Mr McGowan labelled the growing litigation a "nuclear attack" on WA, launched by someone who does not have the state's best interest at heart.

McGowan will keep the state safe. Clive can get stuffed.

Every claim he made was patently false. -WA CHO has advised that a travel bubble is a good option - SA/QLD have both gone over 100 days without community transmission McGowan is taking the people of WA for a ride. I hope Palmer sues the pants off him.
