You do realize that China the biggest polluter in the world has no net zero 50 commitment or obligation. It I only had when I he West does it according to the Marxist wankers.

NetZero2050 is a date derived from a model to try and limit world temperature increases to an arbitrary DegC . Yet now it has become the hill to die on regardless of cost.

Finally common sense. No climate foolishness in Qld. Keep the clowns in Victoria

Good. CO2 is a lie

This is all about coal for steel production not about using coal for generating energy. Coal is an essential ingredient in steel making. It takes 700-800 kg to make 1,000 kg of steel. This was an ABC story last month.

expected by who?

Not when the Mining Tax comes in, most of the profits are going overseas except for the big chunk Hancock Mining is raking in.Time to pay their share and stop ripping off Aussies.😡

No surprise, the whole planet has been struggling to transition to renewables for 2 decades are emissions have actually increased. All we have is targets not met and broken promises, what are govt will do differently is still unknown. 🤔

So we'll just send the coal to China to burn, and Australia keeps the 'net zero' tag? LOL.

Excellent
