Labor Leader Bill Shorten has vowed to end the 'chaos in Canberra' as he officially kicked off Labor's campaign in Brisbane on Sunday.

In a speech in front of the party faithful, Mr Shorten says a Labor government will target an increase to the minimum wage and easing cost-of-living pressures. He told the audience that the electorate has a choice between 'three more years of smug, smirking, unfair complacency under the conservatives' or a 'fair go' under Labor.
