Mr Minns said the leaders"endorsed and supported a unanimous condemnation of violence in any form" and"called for calm in the community". "Now is the time to show that we are strong and united as a NSW community." Minister for Multiculturalism Steve Kamper, NSW Police Assistant Commissioner Anthony Cooke, Multicultural NSW Joseph La Posta and Secretary in the Premier’s Department Simon Draper also attended the snap gathering.
"What I said to people is we have to... remain really calm and not be emotion about all of this," she told Seven's Sunrise on Tuesday morning.
