All of the major political parties in South Australia reach out for federal and state government support throughout the coronavirus pandemic.

The SA Greens also claimed JobKeeper payments, but only from July onwards.

"Without knowing the specific details, I can only assume Revenue SA assessed the Greens as meeting the strict eligibility criteria and, therefore, were entitled to receive the grant." "Unlike the major parties, the Greens refuse to take donations from corporations trying to buy influence — and so while they can rely on the support of big business through this crisis, we are supported by the very people who are currently experiencing the greatest hardship," Mr Wishart said.

NT Chief Minister accused of 'politicising health messages' | Sky News AustraliaNorthern Territory Chief Minister Michael Gunner has been accused of using the coronavirus pandemic for political purposes in the lead-up to the state election on August 22.\n\nMr Gunner was recently criticised by the Territory Alliance after he released a community message on ABC radio where he concluded by asking the public to support the Labor party.\n\n“I am asking for your support so the Labor government I lead can continue to protect Territorian’s lives,” he said.\n\nThe Territory Alliance made an official complaint arguing the Chief Minister’s message blurred the lines between what should be a community health message versus a political message.\n\nNT Labor's political platform centred around COVID-19 with Mr Gunner's messaging primarily focused on tough border controls.\n\nThere are currently no hard borders enforced by the Northern Territory government, open to WA, SA, Qld, Tas, ACT and portions of NSW not considered hotspots since July 17.\n\n\n\n SkyNewsAust spends all day every day on twitter - and with its hard-right political propagandists politicising the coronavirus for political purposes! so this tweet is quite ironic! The Hitleresque playbook: SkyNewsAus= Accuse others of that which YOU are guilty. auspol Not just Gunner all state premiers have been using the so called “pandemic” for political gain it stopped being about “saving” lives from the flu ages ago and is now all about shoring up the votes VoteInPen NOT PENCIL. Why have we been voting in pencil all these years?
