In truth it's very difficult to get work for some.. the whole process, the intimidating interview panels, written component of the application process, the extremely specific quals, work experience and job criteria... it's tough! The employers need to ease up.
There is work, tonnes of work, but corporate Australia, will not hire until borders are opened, continuing downward push for lower wages and conditions. Business will not risk desired restructuring of the Australian, by providing Australians work and security needed at this time!

Need a balance- otherwise that theory is flawed. As recent rollback of job keeper for people on low wages in childcare showed thousands were refusing to come to work. Why would you go to work for an extra $50,$100 pw .... especially when it costs you $50-$100 pw to get to work
