New South Wales has 'borne the brunt' of repatriating Australians: McCormack | Sky News AustraliaDeputy Prime Minister Michael McCormack has called on states and territories to increase their intake of Australians seeking repatriation, claiming New South Wales had 'borne the brunt'.\n\nMr McCormack rejected claims by state premiers Annastacia Palaszczuk and Mark McGowan they weren't informed of the government's calls for states to increase quarantine capacity to accept Australians from overseas.\n\n'This has been discussed for weeks and weeks,' he said.\n\n'I've spoken to Annastacia Palaszczuk; spoke to her last week.\n\n'Mark McGowan sits in at the National Cabinet.
