New JobKeeper criteria announced amid Melbourne virus crisis | Sky News AustraliaThe Federal government has expanded its JobKeeper program to help Melbourne businesses through the stage four lockdown. \n\nAn extra $15 billion will be spent subsidising worker wages from September, increasing what is already the most expensive support package in Australian history. \n\nTreasurer Josh Frydenberg announced the government was also relaxing criteria for the scheme. \n\nThe Coalition previously insisted businesses record two significant falls in revenue in the June and September quarters to be eligible, but Mr Frydenberg announced yesterday 'those businesses only need to be down in the September quarter'. \n\nThe cut off period for workers to enter the scheme has also been extended to take into account Melbourne’s mid-year reopening. Or he could just let them open their businesses given we are not in a pandemic. Under 200 deaths and you all keep calling it a pandemic. Smh. Why did planes come in from China last night and all the cameras were shut down on the freeways around the airport!! The pandemic can be finished by hydroxychloroquine, zinc and azithromycin . Please put those drugs Over The Counter to save more lives. No one will be safe if WHO,Politicians, medias still keep lying.

Multi-million lifelines for coronavirus lockdowns 'can't go on forever' | Sky News AustraliaSky News Darwin Bureau Chief Matt Cunningham says the lockdowns “can’t go on forever” following another multi-billion dollar handout by the federal government in response to the Victorian COVID-19 outbreak.\n\nThe Australian is reporting “Scott Morrison will throw a further $15bn lifeline to workers and businesses devastated by the Victorian lockdown under a major expansion of JobKeeper payments”.\n\nMr Cunningham said “what we are seeing in Victoria we know is shocking from a health perspective, but the impact on business has just been diabolical”.\n\n“This relief was absolutely needed and will be welcomed by those businesses down there in Victoria that have been absolutely shot to bits by this latest lockdown”.\n\nHowever, “if we don’t find a vaccine, we are going to have to find another way out of this” because the expense of lockdowns are too great to sustain on an ongoing basis.\n\nImage: News Corp Australia Your tweet should come with a health warning... *Sky News- Irresponsible Jornalism* Soooo lockdown get money, rinse repeat Email Sussan Ley to oppose this.

Lockdown to help Premier Andrews delay shouldering responsibility for Vic crisis | Sky News AustraliaSky News host Paul Murray says Premier Daniel Andrews’ strategy is to delay taking responsibility for the COVID-19 crisis for as long as he possibly can.\n\nAs the six-week lockdown pushes back the inquiry report, the Premier will continue to avoid the difficult questions regarding his government's role in allowing the outbreak to spread so rapidly, he said. \n\nBy the time the inquiry conclusions are released into the public space, Victorians will be prepared “to kiss the ring of the very captor who made the decisions to impose a six-week lockdown upon the coronavirus-ridden state,' Mr Murray said.\n\nImage: Getty\n Hard to argue. JM and MP given cover. Perhaps Mr Murray could approach Mr Sharma MP to put pressure on WHO to conduct an independent investigation. He says a lot of things though
