Two-year-old Isaac Oehlers has been identified as the Australian killed in a major explosion in Beirut.

The incident destroyed dozens of buildings, killed more than 140 people, injured around 5,000 people and left at

least 300,000 homeless. In a statement, his family said "Isaac was two and will be deeply missed by family and friends."
