MeganGorrey So where the hell are the builders and developers in all this mess?

MeganGorrey It’s a pity that successive NSW governments have stripped all protection of apartment owners . It might be s cliche but you have more consumer protection for your new toaster than for a new apartment .

MeganGorrey

MeganGorrey I genuinely feel for them, this isn’t something they could foresee Have a read of the council planning permit for the building (it’s online) It immediately strikes you that the 5 companies developing and building are all brothers, sisters, aunties, etc of the Elias family

Aged care residents malnourished, staff panicked, dietitian tells royal commissionAn aged care consultant dietitian says she was appalled by her visit to a Tasmanian aged care facility, which is now on notice from the accreditation authority. Main, Main, Main problem in Aged Care is Providers Do NOT Hire enough Staff to properly care for Residents. Meal times are the Worst, because it can take a lot of time just Feed 1 Resident properly. So you may have 10 Residents or more to assist & it’s on a Time limit! Bupa... Nuff said. They're only concerned with how much profit they can make. Anything to do with health must *not* assume a right to make profits over safety. Sadly, our 'governments' - past and present - always *believe* that commissioned bodies will be ethical. Does anyone in 'govermnent' have a brain? How can making profits over health be ethical?

Discrepancies emerge about the morning William Tyrrell went missing75-year-old neighbour Paul Savage told the court that he didn't hear William's foster father crying - contrary to his police statement. Wow, like, couldnt see that happening.... 🙄 75 year olds can say anything. I want to ask the police if the area around the dams, the grass, the mounds and hills have been explored for William. At least for a 5 Km radius. (The boy is slightly autistic. Paedophiles thrive on this image)
