Emergency services were called to the intersection of Holbrook Rd in Gelston Park – about 16km south of Wagga Wagga – at 8.30pm on Saturday following reports of a collision.The passenger in the VW Golf – a 19-year-old man – was treated by paramedics but died at the scene.
The drivers of the Golf and the Nissan – a 17-year-old boy and a 46-year-old man respectively – were also treated before being taken to Wagga Wagga Base Hospital in stable conditions.Police are urging anyone with information or dashcam footage to come forward.
