Australia ‘is not obliged’ to provide a better life for boat people | Sky News AustraliaSky News host Peta Credlin says while it is understandable boat people, most of whom are economic migrants, want a better life, Australia is under “no obligation to give it to them”. \n\nMs Credlin said, “just like a sore that won’t heal… the medevac ramifications get worse each day these laws remain in place”.\n\nOn Monday, it was reported more than 20 refugees had been flown to Australia under the controversial medevac laws even though they were approved for relocation to the United States. \n\nAn Iranian man, accused of setting an accommodation block alight on Manus Island, will also be moved to the country on mental health grounds, according to The Australian newspaper. \n\nMs Credlin said it was critical to remember “that Labor is to blame” for this legislation and for “boat people” attempt to enter Australia.\n\n “Labor is soft on borders and will find almost any excuse to allow asylum seekers, even those proven not to be refugees, to come to Australia”. \n\nImage: News Corp Australia True. We want to defend the Australian worker and homeland Yup. Who listens to Credlin as many of us remember her and Abbott. What a disaster he turned out to be, even his own party booted him out.

Australia has a 'real problem' with 'hardened terrorists' | Sky News AustraliaSky News host Peta Credlin says the London Bridge terror “atrocity” has shown lawmakers that “hardened terrorists” can’t just be “released back into the community” after their jail term has finished.\n\nIt follows recent comments by Jeremy Corbyn saying convicted terrorists should 'not necessarily' automatically serve their full prison sentences. \n\nThe Labour leader's remarks came in the wake of Friday's London Bridge terror attack, which left two people dead. \n\nThe perpetrator - Usman Khan - was a former prisoner - convicted of plotting to bomb the London Stock Exchange and had been freed from jail for almost a year when the attack took place.\n\nThe Sky News host said she has been “highly critical” of the effectiveness of deradicalisation programs for convicted terrorists. \n\nMs Credlin noted the “increasing evidence” showing few released terrorists “really repent of their crimes or drop the evil ideology behind them”. \n\n“So, what are we going to do about hardened terrorists, who still believe in death to the infidel, once their sentences are over?” Ms Credlin said. \n\n“So far the only thing we know that works is to keep them locked up”.\n\nImage: Getty Really Ms Credlin, who'd have ever thought that... (sigh) One bullet to the back of the head for each one of them. Cheap and effective! You're welcome Well Kristina Kennelly wants to bring nut jobs from ISIS back aren't we lucky she's not pulling the strings in Australia. Be Warned.
