On the eve of a federal election campaign .... there that’s much better Conditions MUST be attached to extra funding for aged care nursing homes or the owners will just pocket the extra cash without adding more staff and training. Yet again my mother’s home care hangs in the balance. Approved for level 3 “priority” over a year ago. Now being offered level 2, with the paperwork taking weeks.
