benavery9 How dare anyone do that to frail defenseless people, this is where there is a need for highly qualified staff who have understanding the elderly, and these retirement businesses should not be thinking of profit cuts these when profits are very viable.

benavery9 we also raised issues with management at the facilities where our mother is residing. There is no support. No transaparency. No accountability from the Director nor the man they have in assigned as the GP.
