Multiple others were also found congregating in public and private spaces to catch up with friends or drink alcohol.Source:News Corp Australia “Victoria Police are out there in force, doing the work that needs to be done to make sure that people are complying with these rules, to make sure that everyone is playing their part, large and small, in our efforts to defeat this virus.”

Keep the fines going. I urge all Victorians to do their part and subscribe to neighbourhoodwatch and report any suspicious gatherings in your neighbourhood. Let’s all do our part in bringing the economy back to its pre-COVID glory.

I feel for the police. They don't want to be having 4o babysit people.. But their boss Dan says to.. So they have to

If Dan steps down then people will listen to the rules. People know whoever messed up the state is still making important decisions.. So they don't feel breaking a few rules is big in the scheme of things.

The money won't go astray

The Government won’t take any accountability for its own failure yet hammers us? Total hypocrisy.

That million should really offset the billions lockdown 2.0 is costing

Thank you BLM protests and journos for teaching people it's ok to flout COVID restrictions if you think you have a decent enough cause

Turn the screws even more. Mandatory jail time for offenders.

And we can’t even leave Melb now. So they are just stupid. apollobay you suck Wow this is yet again some inner city self centred nonsense. They didn't even get permission from the towns. Towns that are relying on the renewed tourism. Just because metro vic can't visit doesn't mean the rest of Victoria can't..
