The liquidator of Unified Security – the firm at the centre of Victoria’s hotel quarantine disaster – is considering calling on the Morrison government to bankroll court action against the Victorian government for allegedly unpaid invoices.

MaC Insolvency Managing Director Trent McMillen says the Commonwealth Fair Entitlements Guarantee Scheme could be used to recover the

costs of Unified Security’s court proceedings against the Victorian government. The news was revealed by John Rolfe from The Daily Telegraph.
