Of course the article is by a woman, lol. Imagine killing the world for trivial products like makeup that are literally 100% unessential and thinking anything you do could possibly ever be 'climate friendly'.

TMW the climate crisis is so bad and 'the fashion industry is widely believed to be the second most polluting industry in the world', so you have to stop eating meat so narcissists (mainly women) can keep killing the only world we have for the most superficial shit imaginable.

After a decade in the freezer, climate voices welcomed back to Canberra“We’ve lost a decade and we must act. So we’re very pleased that we’ve been brought into the tent. It was pretty hard being outside the tent and knowing that a fire or a flood was coming” climate auspol If you actually cared about reducing carbon emissions asap, rather than just seeming to, you would start fracking nationwide and open up investment in nuclear power immediately. But you don't, so I wonder what your real motives are? Certainly not helping people or the environment More like 2 peanuts out of their shell I reckon. What an awful array of metaphors...I can't see being inside a tent with a fire or flood coming as any sort of benefit.
