Chinese travel agents are opening a backdoor into Australia that dodges the coronavirus travel ban by offering to send people to third-country stop-off destinations to wait out their quarantine.

The ban, which Prime Minister Scott Morrison imposed on February 1, prevents all non-Australian residents
