KirstyLNeedham Inspirational yet again. A tiny democratic country standing up to totalitarianism. If only our greedy politicians and western leaders all over the world had the guts to do the same. Their strength is our weakness.

geoffrey_payne KirstyLNeedham They know what’s at stake unlike the Australian public who happily voted a RWNJ government into power.

Extradition end game? Carrie lam got her rubber bullet Sorry but do you think if Carrie Lam stepped down you would get a better leader? It is no different from Trump impeachment. You will only get a more pro-Beijing lackey as you would get a more conservative Mike Pence. My guess is China is going to move in and take over.

Too many flowers carried in this world, after the fact. Not enough seeds are being planted before the fact. Yes Why did you use an old photo of a detention centre from 2015 for your story on Manus? It shows asylum seekers behind a locked gate. The detention centres were closed long ago and they are living rent free in new accommodation with air-con and cable tv. You are pushing FAKE NEWS.
