The man PR queen Roxy Jacenko accused of defacing her office has turned the tables on her in court, accusing her of “screaming” at him.

Melbourne businessman Anthony Hess also alleged in court that homophobic insults hurled at him on camera were a deliberate “set up ... for her TV show”,, and he repeatedly denied having done so.“Gay guys don’t do graffiti,” he said. “I’m not violent, I’m not criminal.Mr Hess was under cross examination during a hearing into an AVO order taken by Ms Jacenko against him.

But Mr Hess, who denies all allegations against him, claimed in Downing Centre Local Court it was he who was attacked by Ms Jacenko and vilified by two of her guests. Twice during Mr James’ cross examination of Mr Hess, Magistrate Allison Hawkins told him to cease his line of questioning and move on. “I have a room of 500 women, I don’t think it’s right that those women should have to be in that environment, so … my aim was to diffuse the situation and remove your client,” she said to Mr Hess’s lawyer, Brett Galloway.

Mr Hess told the court he was in bed in an Oxford Street flat a ten minute drive from the Jacenko office at the time of the incident, in the early hours of the morning.

The Universities I heard about trying to circumvent our quarantine restrictions by offering students to quarantine in an intermediary country imo show unconscionable behaviour, inflicting exposure onto them .😡
