'We are now seeing a second wave coming in ... It is absolutely, I'm afraid, inevitable, that we will see it in this country,' British Prime Minister Boris Johnson said, as the government considered imposing new restrictions.

Britain's Prime Minister Boris Johnson said that it was inevitable that the country would see a second wave of coronavirus and that while he did not want a second national lockdown, the government may need to introduce new restrictions.

New COVID-19 regulations will be imposed on the North West, Midlands and West Yorkshire from Tuesday. Regional leader Isabel Diaz Ayuso said on Friday that access to parks and public areas would be restricted, and gatherings will be limited to six, but people would not be stopped from going to work in the country's hardest-hit region.A musician wearing a face mask to prevent the spread of coronavirus plays guitar in downtown Barcelona.

Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte said his government was preparing "regional" measures to combat the coronavirus outbreak after the Netherlands registered a record 1972 cases in the past 24 hours.

If Covid19UK was WW11 and Boris Johnson was PM , the UK would all be speaking German today ...this PM is a moron who has zero leadership ability. Governance

Boris does not seem himself. I'm thinking, is he out of his depth or is he suffering 'covid brain'?

If the Ct was lower, there wouldn’t be a second wave!

Airlines to collect 'mandatory manifest information' to assist COVID-19 contact tracingWhile many Australians provide their phone number and email address when booking domestic flights, not everybody does, but now the Government wants airlines to ensure contact tracers are able to access the information they need. Really? They make it sound like some great revelation - considering the early days of covid was traveler transmissions you think the geniuses could have thought about this in March. From memory did the release of plane manifests get blocked, or am I thinking of the Ruby Princess. Slow response to call this now for 01 Oct enforcement. duh , what a revelation really quick off the mark I travelled internationally to australia in april , and while in quarantine , could not even find out if anybody tested positive on the flight. I wasn't even tested while in quarantine.
