A Canberra bikie, who identifies as a Nazi, says he is being discriminated against in the ACT's jail because of his political beliefs.
Mr Hudson has also complained that his vegetarian meals had been mixed up, his property had disappeared during moves between cells, and about a lack of access to visits, education and other programs inside the jail. He was segregated for seven days, and alleged when he asked for an explanation, he was advised that the "GM does not want Nazis in her jail and has the right to extend segregation orders for the security and safety of the centre".
"I feel the jail is provoking already a tense situation, I have explained that my visitors will behave but will defend themselves if required," Mr Hudson said.
