A man with an intellectual disability allegedly raped, choked and nearly drowned a woman he attacked while she was jogging in a Melbourne park.Joel Russo, 25, is facing a series of charges over the alleged rape of a jogger on Tuesday nightThe court heard Mr Russo has an acquired brain injury and intellectual disability

He is also accused of holding his alleged victim's head under water and choking her, court documents show.
