Numsa is demanding a 12 percent hike while the power utility is offering an increase of just over five percent to employees."As Numsa, the core reason for our demand is the cost of living," said spokesperson Phakamile Hlubi-Majola."We think that it is justifiable for us to make a demand of 12 percent or double-digit increase."
