It is an immersive recruitment program designed to provide employment opportunities to young local graduates.The South African Breweries has announced the launched the first edition of the SAB Talent Challenge.
Here the company explains that the program is structured around three key work streams – Commercial, Supply Chain, and Technology – all within the SAB environment. It adds that participants will engage in a multi-phased journey that involves solving real-life business problems. The different elements of the Challenge will take place between 1st June and 31st July 2024, it added in a release shared with Hypertext, with the Grand Final Interview set for some time in August this year.
