SA's first-ever Bachelor Lee Thompson is back on TV - with an old love!

We are thrilled to have Lee on board for Season 8; there are talks of more seasons with him. He is well known for his fitness career; from being a rugby player and owning his own gym in the past, he was the perfect fit to join FHA and 5 Colour Fitness, said Berne van Zyl, the CEO and TV presenter on the lifestyle show.

Lee Thompson made a splash back in 2019 when he was revealed as South Africa's Bachelor. Even with all the controversy surrounding his first TV appearance, the PE native has not let that define him as he has built himself up as a successful model and businessman. He now holds several companies under his belt, including Lee Thompson Fit, an online coaching and personal training company aimed at helping people become the best versions of themselves, but the eye-catching Lee may still have some competition. season 8: African Savannah was shot at Kapama Private Game Reserve in Limpopo - a Big 5 luxury lodge with stunning vistas. Which means that Lee isn't the only piece of eye-candy on the show.

The new season broadcasts Monday to Sunday at 07:00 and 17:00 on SuperSport Variety 4, Channel 209. And if you'd like to catch Lee's first episode, tune in on 31 January. But don't worry if you miss it; the show is also available on DStv Catch Up and Showmax, as well as the FHA YouTube channel, where viewers can catch up on previous seasons and train at their own pace.
