South African post office workers to march in Pretoria against looming retrenchments threatening their jobs.

Post office workers across South Africa are gearing up for a march in Pretoria today, Monday 29 April in response to the looming threat of retrenchment.

The march, organised by post office workers, will commence at 10:00 from Loftus Triangle Park. The march will culminate at the Department of Communication located at 1166 Park Street in Hatfield, Pretoria.Eastwood Street, Francis Baard Street, Jan Shoba Street, and Park Street, among others. The demonstration is expected to draw attention to the plight of the workers affected by the proposed retrenchments.
