The tender system has being the most horrific idea's since when this came about , reason bring its never allowed a decent amount of people to even offer a tender quote, the whole idea's since 94 had been to keep this formality in one directions ,well some will know .

Abolish tender system; Government has capacity to perform all this projects and cheaper.

There's nothing wrong with current tender laws that TOTAL transparency & ConsequenceManagement for ANCDeployees in Govt who don't adhere to the PFMA, won't fix! More laws won't help: Implement the ones we've got first!!

This tender thing most come to an end let government minister do the job by them self that way will see where the money will be chop and hold those minister accountable.

Cancel the bloody tender system once n for all specially on government departments

Parliament should do away with tender systems..

We have in theory a corrupt proof system. It matters not how strong the safeguards. If all positions in the chain are filled by corrupt cadres it won't matter how strong the safeguards are.

This is stupid, the parliament must be asked to send POLITICIANS to hell.

As if they will hold each other accountable if there's corruption.

Scrap tenders all together. They are not beneficial

Abolish the tender system.

tender laws are already onerous and complex. Rather employ honest people in govt and act swiftly and strongly when corruption is identified. Oh, and reward honest whistle-blowers, don't victimise them
