Army should be compulsory like in the good old day when they taught discipline, integrity and honor. Men were able to do anything back then, even sow, iron and make a bed as if they were preparing a room for a hotel guest.
The enviromnent where someone was brought up has an impact on this.

The boy child has a problem- a huge problem
And girls. I believe some coming from an entitled view they start fights knowing they are protected. The boys are increasingly being pushed into a corner but violence is not the answer though.
What where these crime stats in the 50's, 60', 70's, 80's etc
People must stop having kids they can't afford
