African National Congress Secretary General Ace Magashule has refuted allegations that he tampered with theon the sidelines of the Mayihlome Rally at the Moses Mabhida People’s Park in Durban, Magashule said there is no way an individual could change the list of candidates for both Parliament and provincial legislatures.
