Khoza said running the NFD costs the PSL approximately R400 million a year and, with GladAfrica no longer the sponsor, it was going to be a challenge to sustain the second-tier structure going forward.
Khoza could not immediately share further details, saying these would be dealt with at the next PSL executive meeting to discuss, among others, prize money. “Part of the problem is that people tell us about the money now. I can assure you it is significant,” explained Motsepe. However, he gave a basic hint on where the money would come from.

City_Press Irvin has run out of ideas, how do you fail to get a sponsorship for a professional league. Its obvious the brand is not enticing for aome reasons to sponsors

City_Press Patchwork by SA football's preeminent leech, instead of building a compelling product that will attract the right investment on merit. South Africans are endemically incompetent.
Is this not the job of an astute hands on CEO together with a savvy Chief Commercial Officer & a results driven CMO? OfficialPSL is caught up by its messy buddy-buddy model & Messaih reliance. A business model that would help all 32 clubs have multiple sponsors urgently needed
I guess it's true what they say about 1 phone call, it can change your life
Nothing special in the plate of Motsepe. One thing for sure, he bribered his way to became CAF president, just like his in- law Ramaphosa did to get top job in ANC.
What will Motsepe gain?

Why is SA football lacking in attracting sponsors. They cant even go to countries to ask for “Visit Rwanda” type of marketing.
What were the terms for the other sponsor? To just wake up and go like that !!!
