These brave individuals lost their lives in a raging fire that originated from a nearby mine, engulfing sections of the training camp where they were preparing for Exercise Vuk’uhlome, scheduled from this month until November.Modise reassured the bereaved families that they would not be left alone to bear their grief and the upbringing of their children.She offered words of encouragement to the widows and orphans, reminding them that even in their pain, a new day would dawn.
