“South Africans should be worried about the status of policing in our country,” said Sapu president Mpho Kwinika. “We have also called for the judicial commission of inquiry so that it be the one that advises the president on ills that are inhabiting policing to do its professional work.
Too much corruption.
Bunch of clowns, disrespecting the dead...
Atleast they are not shocked 🙄
Clowns to the left, jokers to the right.
Why? This a perfect reflection of the incompetence and corruption in each and every department of the governing cANCer government.
They should!!! What happened there was clearly a sign of corruption..
I was even embarrassed...
Look at their big belly.
I wonder why👀
Wonder when did the officers in the viseo complete their basic training? Probably not-cadre deployment. This incompetency filters through to the lowest rank SAPS member
This is nothing, they have a lot more things to be embarrassed about. In the 26 years of my life the only thing the police have helped me with, is to certify documents. The has been burglary at my place, my car has been broken into, money stolen and ect, nothing has been done.
From the Minister down, the top structures of SAPS's are a disgrace.
Well the world is laughing at you fkn fools. Maybe pin a medal for navigation and coordination next time?
Anything in SA with goverment in it ,it is just embarrassing as always😪
It was a mess
Union left embarrassed... really 😂
Agree that is why South Africans have NO RESPECT FOR them
The whole police top structure and the union should be cringing in embarrassment. I had a good laugh though.
While their minister is busy making noise instead of dealing with the basic issues within the police service.
SAPU is even suggesting a judicial enquiry into stupid uncoordinated marching. What world is this?
Consequences?
As usual for everything the ANC govt is has anything to do with...30% is good enough. From SOEs to Eskom to our economy to our police force ..they don't think it's necessary to do more than that. The people need to hold them to a higher std. Its not good enough!! 👀
Our president is regretting his decision right now. Should have just let the funeral be private.
I find solace in the fact that at least there is some embarrassment.
poignant metaphor for the state of SA.Wholly black contingent of leaders try to carry out a westernised strategy not being able to follow in lock step most likely because they were put in position not because they rised through the ranks through hard work or personal sacrifice.
And rightly so..total shambles!
1.Eskom 2.SAA 3. SASSA 4. SAPS 5. High Employment What is really working in South Africa?
a lack of do discipline frm the top filters down to the ones on the ground
Just like our Mabhena did
We are not safe as a country anymore
Well maybe if they focussed more on training than protests then disciplined marching would be standard...

'Team had practised the drill': police sorry about Maponya funeral gaffePolice have apologised for a drill parade that went embarrassingly wrong at the funeral of businessman Dr Richard Maponya on Tuesday. Our SAPS can't even lift their legs when they match, like these Mozambique police.Eating too much Nyama! Well, if they had all had proper basic training and drill instruction, they would not have cocked it up so royally.
