The DA says the IEC is denying citizens living abroad the right to register because of a delay in rolling out the online registration process.The DA says prisoners have more voting rights than South Africans living abroad, as the party decried delays in the Electoral Commission's rolling out online registration for SA expats.

The DA said on Thursday that the IEC online registration rollout had been delayed three times this year.
