Kaizer Chiefs legend Zebulon 'Sputla' Nhlapo has called on the club's hierarchy to add a shot-stopper to their goalkeeping department.
Amakhosi currently have Brandon Petersen and Bruce Bvuma as recognized goalkeepers in their squad, while veteran Itumeleng Khune is suspended for misconduct. "I thought Veli Mothwa from AmaZulu was coming alright but his behaviour on the pitch disappoints me, he likes to fight with the other players," Nhlapo tells KickOff. "Brandon Petersen is a very good goalkeeper, it's just that he gets too excited and lets in easy goals. He is overconfident. Nwabili from Chippa United should be signed. He is a very good goalkeeper.
"I like this boy Nwabili very much, he is a Kaizer Chiefs type of goalkeeper. So the Chiefs technical staff shouldn't hesitate to sign him.
