ZintleMahlati DA, ANC, etc, they are all useless. I don't see any positive change since the DA took over. In fact, the service delivery has worsened. Couple this with a failing ward committee in ward 37 and it's a disaster. Why are people appointed councillors if they do not live in the ward?
