Agent Comments On Kaizer Chiefs And Pule Mmodi

Pule Mmodi's agent has commented on the reports strongly linking the Golden Arrows and Bafana Bafana winger with Kaizer Chiefs.

From the magnificent campaign that he has had where he amassed 28 appearances in the DStv Premiership, Mmodi emerged as a target for Amakhosi who are beefing up with quality players for the new season.While the 29-year-old is back with Abafana Bes’thende for their pre-season, Chiefs are understood to be still keen on luring the attacker as the club’s head coach Arthur Zwane and his technical team are leaving no stone unturned in planning for a successful season.

Meanwhile, Mmodi’s agent Solomon Seobe from SR Sports Management provided the latest from their side, while a decision is expected from the two clubs on the proposed move. “I don’t know the latest between Arrows and Chiefs. They said they are in negotiations regarding the transfer, but I didn’t hear anything from the chairlady of Arrows . So, I’m in the dark hence he is back at training,” said Seobi.“A transfer, as you know, is normally between clubs and I will only enter to discuss personal terms. But if there is something, they are going to call me. I don’t know the offer and I know nothing,” concluded the intermediary.
