AFCON star banned for six months by FIFA

The world football governing body confirmed that Nsue was ineligible for Equatorial Guinea's opening two 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers in November last year.

Equatorial Guinea were second in Group H, level on points with Tunisa but the ruling from FIFA will see them drop to fifth spot.
