In addition, our own data mirrors the international research, proving Covid-19 vaccines to be extremely safe. Fewer than one in every 20 Discovery members who received the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine showed any signs of side effects within seven days of vaccination, and almost all were mild and resolved quickly.
The government-led mass vaccination programme now has the capacity to vaccinate 400,000 individuals a day. It is free at the point of care, and there is ample stock. Unlike a few months ago where vaccine supply was the major obstacle to beating the pandemic,We believe corporate SA has a strong role to play to ensure vaccination at pace and scale. Our hope is that other organisations will follow suit, with a profound systemic impact on vaccination take-up.
This includes protecting employees from exposure to potential biological hazards, as required by the Occupational Health and Safety Act. The steps we are taking to make all our buildings vaccinated-only zones include a similar appeals process.

Based on the terrible stats from Israel and the UK you wonder why they still support the failed jab.
Adrian+Ryan, will Discovery Health, among its exemptions, consider that staff members who have recovered from COVID 19 are also unlikely to die from getting re-infected. Will booster shots also be mandatory given evidence that the efficacy of vaccines declines after sometime.
Did you ever check the ingredients and measurements put together to make those vaccines 💉 that you intend to mandate your employees to take as long as they want to be in your 'business', isn't this violation of their Constitutional right?
Discovery staff, you need to fight this! There is NO reliable scientific bases for such a mandate, and it is unconstitutional.

Its criminal to force anybody to inject synthetic foreign substances into their body. Total bullshit, we should fight this.
