Many Gen Z and millennial professionals have one question: Will I still have a job? Worrying about day-to-day expenses puts them at risk for financial burnout. And that could mean they neglect their long-term plans, particularly retirement savings.

For many, that means wondering if they will still have a job and worrying about how they will pay their bills.

I’m 30 and this is my 2nd. And don’t point fingers at the 18 year old kids for being hopeless and living in their parents basement. COVID19 didn’t do this. Poor policy did this and now it’s in everyone’s face.
