Summary SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY SCROLL TO CONTINUE WITH CONTENT Winnie-the-Pooh: Blood and Honey 2 star Scott Chambers has revealed the upcoming sequel movie will have a major plot twist. The movie is the follow-up to the 2023 independent film Winnie-the-Pooh: Blood and Honey, which became an unexpected hit when it grossed more than $5 million during its theatrical run, against a budget of reportedly $100,000.
Well, it wasn't really my idea . So basically Rhys set the sequel. So the sequel, he wanted new designs and all this kind of stuff, so the first movie ends up being a movie within the second movie. And he was like, 'Well, I'm going to need a new Christopher Robin.' And he's been with me on my acting journey from the beginning, and he's always been really nice about it and positive and all that.
Blood and Honey 2 will have a March 26 release date, running for three nights through March 28, an increase on the one-night theatrical release of the original. This could help propel the movie to greater success than its predecessor, and, despite the controversies surrounding the project, and low critical expectations, there is a very high chance the movie will take in more than the first.
