Rita Repulsa, the Yellow Ranger, and the Red Ranger in 1995 Power Rangers: The Movie

Summary SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY SCROLL TO CONTINUE WITH CONTENT One of the most iconic Power Rangers villains of all time never actually appeared on the TV show and has only one appearance in the franchise. More than 30 years after the premiere of Mighty Morphin, the Power Rangers universe has seen countless villains between major antagonists and monsters-of-the-week. Most of them originated from Super Sentai shows, but characters like Lord Zedd or Astronema were created for Power Rangers.

Therefore, both from a story perspective and a behind-the-scenes perspective, Ivan Ooze couldn't return. The events of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Movie were sort of retold in Mighty Morphin season 3 during the Ninjetti arc. The overarching storyline was the same – the Rangers had lost their powers and needed new ones. However, instead of going to Dulcea, the Rangers meet with Ninjetti, creator of the Power Rangers.

Ivan Ooze Hasn’t Appeared In The Power Rangers Comics Either Not even the Power Rangers multiverse could bring Ooze back BOOM! Studios Power Rangers comics have delivered a lot of storylines and character moments that fans of the original show had only dreamed of seeing.
