Feeling a particular way: what can you learn about that?!

I thought ur a kind person but never talk and respond openly and enjoy ur friends fully thanks for not talking openly at all. I thought ur a kind person and make friend no u don’t

Don’t worry I am not of your intelligence level as ur with others and enjoy

Existential Malaise is the feels.

There is an inherent problem with this in that low cognitive complexity will limit one’s capacity to have a relationship with one’s own emotions and then their capacity to describe it.

navarrotells Wow this is great. I recent got a depression workbook, this list will make it much easier to describe how I feel. Thank you.

When I feel sad- I get angry When I feel in rush- I get angry When I feel disappointed- I get angry And mostly angry with myself. Even I know what I feel by going to deeper; St. anger just doesn't stop.

Really f**king spot-on actually.

I feel dumb & stupid, because I can't explain the benefits of; -dividing ourselves into nations from all we need to share -preaching belief in competing religions that nobody can prove -valuing money more than life, when most people can't explain how finance works ...

Just caught myself ruminating today.....perfect timing on this piece. I hadn't put the term 'ruminating' to it- but that nails it. And I can see how it really opens the door to depression, now that you mention it.

I got Depression covered... The technique has brought me GOOD results. I can stop suicidal thoughts, flashbacks, panic attacks, sadness, grief, guilt, worthlessness, hopelessness, and more. Best Wishes from a researcher who has stood at the Abyss. Blessings...

And I will give you a link to it, and I will notify you when the corrected version is available...

If anyone is interested in information about my emotional work, and how Depression can be helped with the technique... my blog: I am putting finishing touches on my book... it is finished and published, but need a few corrections. DM me and I will give

neurons... this is shown in studies...soooo... it would be important to get at emotions, not only NOW, but also the PAST, because those can be TRIGGERED and set off 'Emotional Flashbacks'... there are several types of flashbacks...I stop my flashbacks with the technique....

5-10 minutes or LESS...depending on the intensity, and if it is in an ongoing situation...it can also work on the PAST, S,B, and G... because MEMORY continues to hold the Emotional Charge in the memory... the brain uses emotional charge to ramp up the GluR1 neuroreceptor around

Step 3 is actually doing the technique, it is simple, and can work in minutes, even on severe depression range emotions... I would look right at S, B, and G... at the SAME TIME...I would address this energy with step 2, and do the technique...I might notice it reduce in...

another psychology based thing... Emotional CHARGE...this is in the psychology dictionary... means... Bottled up emotions... S, B, and G...can be unexpressed and bottled up...and bother and bother a person...so... we address this Emotional Energy directly...in step 2...

So, back to S, B, and G.... how do we stop it? ONE... it is GOOD to have a vocabulary, psychology supports step one.... NAME IT... but I was naming it, and it was not stopping... lack of emotional hormone regulation? Well...despite that... so...step 2... I deal with...

Depression is a part of lack of Thyroid as well as anxiety, with I also stop with the technique.... how do I do this with no DRUGS? I stop severe Hysteria episodes as well as Suicidality with it... 'vocabulary' is not enough, WHEN YOU ARE ILL....It may help when HEALTHY...

It can STOP. Let us say a person has 'Shame, Blame, and Guilt', and feels bad about themselves. Being away of those emotions IS NO PROOF AGAINST IT... even when I was healthy... I did not used to have my ailments...My Thyroid burned out, and other issues and I ended up with PTSD

I am an Emotional Researcher. I discovered at technique that stops negative emotions, including those associated with Depression...which I HAVE... I stop my depression episodes... Identification is fine...but I WILL GO YOU ONE BETTER... TARGET that emotion with a technique...

Proverbs 18:21 Life and Death are in the power of the tongue... so choose yours words wisely!

Discernment ftw

Angelina Jolie on Why the World Needs More Wicked Women“Wicked women are just women who are tired of injustice and abuse.
