The Academy doesn’t always do well under the microscope, but at the same time, this Academy is younger and more diverse than the one of 2017.splits the difference between almost everything I mentioned above, as a hotly anticipated, “they don’t make them like this anymore” good album that defined the year from a Black woman without an Album of the Year Grammy.
